Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, punctual and detail-oriented member to join our team.
You will be responsible for assisting with various property management tasks, including but not limited too managing multiple client properties to complete daily tasks along with light construction as requested.
Duties:
- Setup / Cleanup of Job Site - Load and Unload Materials and Equipment - Yard Work:
Racking Leaves, Weed Whacking, Mulching - Light Construction:
Building Decks, Stairs, Shelving - Maintain Client Properties:
Painting, Changing Light Fixtures, Pressure Washing - Perform other duties as requested Skills:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions - Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions - Possess a valid drivers licenses and reliable transportation - Organizational and Time Management Skills - Self Motivated Hours:
